Bugs on my cherry tomatoes (anybody knows what they are?)

One of my cherry tomatoes started turning yellow today. But as soon as I came close to take it, I notice a dozen of those bugs around it. What are they? And should I get rid of them?

I think you need to do something about those bugs.

I googled "Hemiptera on tomatoes" and went to images.
Lots of bugs are related, but are found in different areas.
You can track down which species are found in your area and how to deal with them.
