I planted this tree in May and now all the leaves are filled with these brown and yellow splotches. I don't think it is fireblight which affects Honeycrisp because that turns the leaves black. The leaves are still green just have brown spots and yellow spots. Anyone have any idea what this could be?
Honeycrisp apple tree leaf disease
Ok I think I have figured it out. I gave the tree bonemeal for calcium and also I have been spraying it with Neem and now new leaves have been coming out that are free of blight. I am so happy I think it is working.
Yellow spots almost look like cedar apple rust. Brown necrotic areas looks like black rot. This would have been a good one to put in the fruit and nuts forum.
