Is this a virus , Asters yellow or what?

Hi all, I need some advice. I hadn't heard from anyone so I decided to post again. Some of my coneflower leaves look different. Could I be over watering them or Is this some kind of virus, disease or Aster's yellow? If it is please tell me what I need to do to get rid of it. I have posted some photos. Any info would be very much appreciated.

I cant get my phone to load your pix here - it may be nothing more than the up and down temps and water- You may not have answers here on the veggie forum- but I would bet the native and wild forum Could help with coneflowers. Usually Asters Yellow simply manifest as yellow colors instead of what you expected to see. Yellowing thru the veins can be several things inc too much water, critters in the soil around the roots, etc...are the pilbugs bad where you are?.

Are the stems with blooms hollow , is their any sign of stem rot ? Bloom fail can be caused by many things .. Not sure about the discoloration of the leaves , cause could be many things once again .
