It's been three weeks since I last watered my chinese evergreen (aglaonema). The soil still feels wet! Is this normal? I'm worried the roots will rot. Should I repot it with new soil? Will adding vermiculite make the problem worse? Am I just over worrying?
Should I repot my chinese evergreen?

Yes, you should repot. Forget the vermiculite. Find some pine bark and make a soil you can water w/o having to worry about root rot or impaired root function due to a soil that remains soggy for an extended period. If you can't water properly, your soil is inappropriate.
Ask if you want more info.

Agreed! Re-pot and add in some extra perlite.
