ANY SUGGESTIONS ?
Might be from Gypsi

Josephine I still haven't been able to get your MW, everything's crispy here and I think they've gone dormant. I'll keep you posted :)
No problem Becky, I can wait, milkweed is very tricky under cultivation.
Baja - I'd say that's a crinum lily, and a nice one to boot. I got some from both Rouxcrew (Joy) and Covenantgarden at the RU last fall.

Thanks, yes, its verrrry nice, sprouted a bud two days
after RU ! :)
It might be an Ellen Bosequant (sp). Although it is late for one to bloom, being a first bloom, that might fit. I also gave out pink and white striped crinum but this doesn't look like that.
Bajas is the Ellen Bosanquets. Have seen them bloom twice in a season when they choose to.
Thanks, Kitt. In the fall ?
I have never found a bloom set time on them. Anytime Between Spring and frost... But we are hot all winter- mostly- that Gulf air flow pushes against you guys and changes the bets. Ya know? Those look a little water starved and burnt- did you fertilizewith something?
