I got a Kalanchoe for easter. Pretty blooms indoor. They are spent now and Im bringing them outside. Will they rebloom after deadheading? At any point this summer.?? thanks
Kalanchoe blooming ... how many times
I'm afraid the plants will only flower once per year, after the flowers die back snip them off, tidy the plant up if there are brown or yellowing leaves and all summer give water, Come about September give less water and either bring inside into good light, come next spring the plant shout flower again, September is good time to repot into soil specially for succulents.
I have no idea what zone you in so maybe if cool by September you have to bring inside before that.
Good luck.
Kind Regards.
WeeNel.
K. blossfeldiana? Mine started blooming well before the end of the year and is finally starting to peter out, in east window after it got to cold to stay outside. Agree, they bloom annually, but for a very long time. Hope yours does the same!
