Abnormal leaves on tomatoes

My tomato leaves are like this. Can anyone tell me what is wrong and how I should treat it.

Looks like some kind of fungal disease...but hard to know for sure. See if you can find a fungicide there with chlorothalonil and apply weekly 2 to 3 times and see if there is any improvement.

Also dont wet the leaves.
