It's definitely Gelsemium (*Jessamine not Jasmine). Could be G. sempervirens or G. rankinii (swamp jessamine).

Can be either (Jessamine or Jasmine - just a common name anyway). Google it.

IN Raleigh we called it Jasmine in South Carolina they call it Jassamine LOL
In Pamlico county NC its Jasmine and its every where.
