thanks, Aspen! Will have to put that on my netflix list!!
Your Neck of the Woods part 8, Hay, I herd it was spring!
Oh WOW that was a great movie.
The pirates were so desperate...it must be such a horrible place to try and live, Somalia. Where did they find actors so gaunt and skinny?? The female corpsman at the very end, she was wonderful, I bet she was 'real.'
Sally, that female corpsman was definitely "real!" She's not actress at all. The director just asked her to do what she'd normally do in that situation.
Haha...the first time I read 'corpsman' I took it as 'corpseman' LOL
Seq, my kind of humor :)

go get yourself some Milorganite and sprinkle it heavily all over your garden but especially on the tulips, lilies and anything else you want to protect. The deer and rabbits really hate it and it won't burn. I was late getting it out and they hit the tulips and crocuses when they started to come up but since its been on they haven't touched anything. Please G-d keep it so. Some of the lilies are already a foot high and so far so good. Its not that expensive and it works.

Nice! Storm clouds are fascinating to look at
Beautiful photo, Seq! We ended up getting a little rain overnight, too, which I'm grateful for.
Beautiful, Seq. You can practically hear the angels singing...
Lol...I don't know about singing but they sure were windy!
Thanks, yehudith!
Slowly digging up part of the garden I didn't get to last year that has some(read A LOT) of quack grass. Man those stolons run deep!! And pulling deadnettle and bittercress, too. Not in that garden though. I have to rotate tasks periodically.
Jan, if you have a moment can you post a photo of what quack grass looks like now? I'm not sure how to ID it. I've seen a number of photos on-line but didn't find them helpful.
