Truly speaking, I found this flower is the local flower store and have absolutely no idea about the identity of the flower or the plant. The shopkeeper told me that she has the tree in her house and can bring me a cutting. Though she was unsure of the method of propagation. So I would be highly obliged if anyone can mention the method of propagation too. Thank You.

In some ways it looks like part of the Cyclamen family BUT a better picture showing a leaf or even the flower attached to the foliage would be better and make it a bit easier to identify.
