Brown in Potatoes

I cut my seed potatoes yesterday and one of them had that brown center you see sometimes. Should I avoid planting that one? If yes, how about the rest of them from the same bag?

the brown one could rot and start trouble in the tater patch ,but the rest of the bag should be okay to plant,just pitch the brown one
