Hi All,
I'm looking for something to put on my deck to grow seedlings and harden plants as they arrive. I like to delay planting until the neighborhood greens so that the squirrels don't treat my spring offerings like a salad bar.
I'm wary of PVC covered frames as its windy on my deck. Would love something that is roughly 2'x4', has shelves, uses lexan panels in an aluminum frame or wood frame ; that isn't impossible to assemble, can be broken down for storage, and isn't too expensive- a lot to ask, I know, but maybe someone can suggest just the right product for my needs.
Thanks in advance,

Mark - give Gardener's Supply a try. They have good customer service who might be of help but, as I recall, their choices are vast.

Thanks for your help!
A lot of DIY stores these days have aluminium shelving ready to be home assembled, look at that, then they also have wooden shelving for inside garages or greenhouses, also go on line as there is hundreds of companies out there doing DIY home assembly shelving, just make sure you look outside the gardening suppliers as what we are finding here is, there are many garden companies who charge way over the top for items that are easily available elsewhere and NOT from garden suppliers, don't ask me why Gardeners are asked to spend a fortune on a wooden structure when another company can offer as good a quality for half the cost.
All I advise is, look around, don't just go to garden stores for wooden or metal frames/ shelves.
Good luck, WeeNel.
