my cat ate the top of my plant but it is still green but the long leaves are turning brown will the ones my cat got still grow i took off the long brown ones it just dont look happy

It will eventually grow new leaves. The chewed leaves will always look ratty and will not 'heal'. Do leave the ratty old chewed leaves on until it grows new ones.

My pony tails really don't grow much until the weather gets hot, so expect it to be on 'ugly-disabled' list until summer.
