Hi. I'm in PA and we have a large mimosa in the back yard. The tree is about 25 years old and we really enjoy it. Last year, late summer/early fall it started to drop this sticky white stuff all over. This year it seems to be dropping much more of it....so much so that it gets all over everything that is in the yard, including us! Does anyone know what this is and/or why it would be happening? Thank you for any help you can provide.
Pink Mimosa - what is the sticky white stuff?
