Chamomile Seeds not germinating

Hi, its been over a week since I put some store purchased roman chamomile seeds.on soil. I am using a paper pot and plastic container to start the seeds. Its lying at room temperature and getting light as I did not cover them with soil (also no direct sunlight as the daytime temperatures usually go upto 92°F (35°C) so cant leave them in the sun. Any idea how I can get these seeds to germinate faster?
