My husband and I have a mulched bed lined with azaleas along the front of our home with 2-3 feet of space in front that is also freshly mulched. The ground was tilled heavily before doing so. Can I sow poppy seeds over the mulch and expect germination next spring? I have 2,000 seeds for a 2.5x10 foot area. I might need more?
