Azure Muscari and mediterranean bells

i bought the bulbs and i was wondering when i could plant them in acontainer insteed of the ground how big do they get
also i bought mediterranean bells how big do they usually get and when should plant these in the ground

The muscari will get around 6" high. I don't know about the Mediterranean Bells.

My dark blue muscari only get about 4" tall, and multiply like crazy. My original edge planting of about 2 feet of bulbs has yielded enough transplants that now they almost cover the edge of a 12' bed.
