Kathy, does that price hold even if some of us should check in on Monday? From what I can tell looking at the site it does....if so Kim and I would like to come the first of the week and stay as long as the rest of you do. Some quilt shops in the area we would plunder as well as outlet malls.

Let me know if the price is the same and will send deposit ASAP.

marion, it goes by the day. from the 29 to the 4 it is 1, 340.84. I need a 50 percent deposit by Tuesday to keep the discount they are giving us.

got confirmation money from joyce and bertie. taynors sending hers this afternoon,

she is my crazy neighbor. mike won't let me drive up alone. yes, the ones I mentioned have sent 50 percent via paypal, for the exception of Karen, marion and kim paid the whole amount

....and so the show is on the road!

Kim and I are still thinking about going up earlier and staying somewhere until everyone arrives.......anyone else interested? Let me know and it will help me make a decision about where we stay.

We are giving ourselves extra days to unwind from the past few years. I don't regret one nano second of what I did but we feel a vacation is long over due.

Thanks Kathy, we felt like this was the time! Kim will be starting work on her PhD soon and this will be the last "hoorah" before settling down to seriously work on that.

If anyone else is interested....let me know. We plan to stay somewhere close by.

....or you could fly into Tally and go with us. Just remember we are going to be gone a little longer.

it sleeps 12, and Shannon and i8 are both bringing queen size mattresses. we should be fine, with the matressess, it will sleep 16. I can bring 2 if needed

I sleep in a chair as I cannot lie down to sleep anymore. I saw plenty of comfy looking ones that will suit me just fine. So that frees up a bed space.
