The leaves on my citrus trees are shriveled. It seems to start at the top on the outside leaves. There doesn't appear to be any bugs on the leaves, and I have noticed the same problem on various plants nearby. What could this be, and is there anythjng I can do? I live in hot and humid SC. Thank you.
