Why are my ZHEZHA plants unproductive

I have 94 tomato plants in raised beds .. 3 of them are zhezha .. all the plants but these 3 are producing tomatoes .. two are together in one bed .. one is in a different bed. I raised these plants from seed I saved from last year .. plants are 2 1/2 feet tall with plenty of blooms. Any ideas????
