What is wrong with my Crape Myrtle

I transplanted a Crape Myrtle three years ago. It bloomed the first year, the second year it bloomed some but this year it has done absolutely nothing. The rest of the crape's in my neighborhood looks gorgeous but mine looks like crap. Can anyone tell me what is wrong?
