Trouble with low chill cherry tree

Crestview, FL(Zone 8b)

I'm in NW Florida and it has been hot and we've gotten more rain in the last month than I've ever seen. Most of my low chill cherry trees are looking good (except for some red spots on the leaves) but the leaves on one tree have begun to turn yellow in the last week or so and have begun to fall off. Can anyone tell me why and what I can do about it?
Thanks

With the excess rain, perhaps this one tree is in a spot where it just is not getting enough drainage.
Yellow and falling leaves are often associated with over watering, and poor drainage.

If rain water is collecting near the plant then you could try to lead the water away, if there is any downhill away from the plant.

If it is a new plant then dig it up and replant it in a better drained area, or make a mound where it is. As little as a 6" crown of soil might be enough, or you might have to add even more, especially if the area is lower than the surrounding soil. Do not add soil around the base of the plant. Dig it up and plant it higher.

Well I know what it is. Black-Spot. It's everywhere. I've been using Neem Oil but I think I'm going to have to take out the big guns and use something less organic. I might even have to face the fact that it's just too humid here and the fungus is going to beat me. But since the season is over, I'm not giving up yet. I'll keep it clean around the tree and spray the truck and be ready for battle in the spring.
