fragrant tea olives

I live in Spokane, WA and wonder if there is any way that I could grow a fragrant tea olive tree in my yard. They would be near a 6 foot cedar fence, protected from any wind. If not those, any suggestions on fragrant bushes or small trees that would thrive in this zone (6b)? Thanks
