ID beetle please, looks like a foe bug!

Found on ragweed leaf, not sure what it is, also is he causing the white spots on the leaf?

Possibly the Brown Marmorated stink bug. The second pic looks like eggs.

Oh I thought it kinda looked like a stinker but different shape. Thanks and ill burn the leaves with the eggs. Will read up on the link. thank you!

yes indeed that is a brown marmorated stink bug but it is a nymph and not the adult.http://ento.psu.edu/extension/factsheets/brown-marmorated-stink-bug

These insects pierce the leaf and suck it out dry which are the white spots.
