Is it safe to put solar lights in my back garden bed or will they attract undesirable bugs? I have begonias and scabiosa planted back there, along with a few fall mums.
It looks so dark back there at night since my neighbor put up a privacy fence.
Solar lights in flower beds?
I dont see a problem unless your talking about turning the yard into a casino type thing ha, ha, ha.
I and many friends have several sets of solar lights that actually make you want to go sit out with a coffee / glass of wine and just watch any creatures / bugs that would visit your garden anyway, I love it when the dusk arrives and the lights come to their own, go get your lights and just enjoy the garden as it should be done. have fun too with the lights.
A light set under a shrub and glowing upwards through the branches gives you a totally different appreciation of the garden and the beauty of some plants, shrubs ect than we have in day time. take your time and the beauty of these lights is you can move them about to get the effect you want.
Have many enjoyable evenings outdoors.
Best of luck and kind Regards. WeeNel.
we have solar light all over our yard.
Belle
I love them, as long as they really are in the sun all day. I don't go outside much after dark because *I* attract bugs, but love looking out the window and still seeing little bits of the garden.
