pls help me id if it is good or bad eggs under my grape leaves..

If it is only one group of eggs, I'd gamble and destroy them. Odds are against you heading some good species toward extinction.

I would search using terms that include "insect eggs" and "Europe" to find pictures of insect egg clusters native to your area. Find out if they are good or bad.

Another alternative: Hatch them in a jar and see what emerges.
