74 now, high of 88 - 90 today.

82° I suspect that again I will be spending the day in the room with the window air conditioner. We do have a cool house so I will get as much tennis watching as I can before retreating to that room.

Temps between 90-95 today...having a big family picnic at my cousin's house...do not even feel like eating!

It's so hot outside that even my dog won't go out and sit on my plants!

Yes, not a day to be out today.....88 now with high humidity!

88° at the moment. I held out & didn't need to visit room with the air conditioner until 4 pm. Stayed inside, though.

Heading out in a few minutes, have over an hour's drive to the race. Will be doing a 5K today,
I think I will be doing more walking than running today. :( Wish me luck!

Tiffany & I had to sit out the race, the rest of the team made it. Just as we got to the 1st color(orange) we had a blow out on the stroller which had 3 kids in it!!! DD's Tarsha & Nichole along with DGD's Hunter, Hayden & Darby all finished!! Thanks all for the support and those of you that donated!!! The money raised was worth every aggrevation!!!!!!

I knew we had a strong storm last night.. looks like after Sandy a couple towns over.. must have been worse there.. power was out on 46 for 2 towns long.. trees were down all over

So sorry about the storm results. temp down to 73 here so we have opened the windows. I love 'back door cold fronts' in the summer. Not the winter ones.

Not a drop here....hit 90 in Hartford today, but only 88 here.....never thought I would say the garden needs rain, but it does.....better chance of showers tomorrow. Sorry to hear about storm damage, Allison, don't know where these awful T-storms are coming from......
