They especially like Viette's Little Suzy (Rudbeckia). It may be a leaf beatle of some sort? Any help appreciated.
What is this eating my Rudbeckia?
It looks like a blueberry leaf beetle, probably the Altica Sylvia. They actually cause some economic damage in Georgia. http://entnemdept.ufl.edu/liburd/fruitnvegipm/leafbeetle.htm.
I would try and get rid of them as soon as possible. I would check these guys out http://www.domyownpestcontrol.com/beetles-c-214.html. They are local to you, they have detailed instructions on how to control beetles yourself, and the necessary products to boot. I hope this helps!
Thanks for the response. I think it is a leaf beetle but I see them on Rudbeckia, mainly and a few on Echinacea. I have blueberries next to them and, fortunately, they are unaffected.
