Any ideas for a good disease resistant hybrid tea rose? I'm in zone 5. Thank you for any input!
Hybrid tea roses
Maybe your best advice might come from those in your area.
Find your Regional Forum here and ask the same question:

(Fourth category down on the right)
Many award winning roses were selected with disease resistance in mind.
Since some diseases are more prevalent locally, I think pirl has the right idea: Ask in your regional forum for some specific suggestions.
Are you looking for just one rose, or several?
Do you have some colors in mind?
Are you looking for a fragrance?
Will you be growing this as a bush? tree? climber?
