Your favorite flea beetle treatment methods?

Just curious about what everyones preferred treatment for flea beetles are? I just noticed today that the little *%&#@'s have pretty much made buckshot out of my eggplant leaves.

I would prefer natural treatments if possible, i have heard of sprays made out of chili powder and garlic, what are your thoughts on those?
