I soak my seeds like beans,cucumbers,peppers,beets in a plate. Then transfer into a container with a pour spout, add lots of water, & pour into a trench, dug out for the seeds. Then cover with dirt. The plants will come up & you'l have all kinds of different plants. Only use companion plants that like each other.
