Converting to organic

Hello,

I just bought 3 blueberry bushes and a small peach tree from a local nursery that were not raised organically. They are all filled with blossoms. I intend to fertilize them organically. Can you advise if the fruit that develops from the current flowers would be considered organic, or would it be necessary to wait another year?
