My dog ate the top of my corn- is it finished?

I planted some corn from seed in my garden about three weeks ago, and the little plants have all came up nice. Yesterday my dog decided to eat the top half of the plants off. Some of the side leaves are there, but the tops are all goners. My question is, will these plants still grow and produce corn, or should I toss them and start over?
