Hi,

My name is Stephanie and I’m currently writing my bachelor thesis on the usage of grow lights. In order to gain insight I have spoken to several persons on similar forums. I was getting a lot of information so I decided to make a tiny questionnaire. (By grow lights I mean any form of light used to help plants grow)

I need a few more responses to complete my research and I would really appreciate it if you can help me out by filling it in. It will take no more than 1 minute of your time. It does not matter if you do not use grow light your response is still helpful. I would just like to get the opinions of gardeners.

This information is not being used for commercial purposes, only for my bachelor thesis.

Your survey had a lot of non exclusive either/or questions. For example when deciding on what grow light to get you may only choose no name and poor quality, or name brand but good quality. My shopping would usually dictate a high quality product, may or may not be a name brand and cheap. (Yes, I might spend some time looking for a deal.) I would do the research on the product based on Internet reviews, spec sheets, and asking people I know if they have used the product.
