What could be eating the leaves on my tomato plant and the edges? These are also planted with basil to repel tomato worms and I don't have any fruit yet. thanks!
Holes in the leaves of my tomato plant
There are thousands of insects around. I usually pull the old & yellowed leaves off, & the plant looks good again.
Those "trails" in the leaves are caused by leaf miners. You should remove those leaves immediately and put them in the trash - not the compost.
As to the holes - they could be caused by any number of bugs. Personally, I let the good bugs and the birds take care of the bad bugs.
