Red Savina Peppers flowering but not fruiting.

I have 2 Red Savina Pepper plants. One in the shade and one in the sun. About a month ago they began flowering. However that's about all they do. The flowers dry up and fall off. We are currently experiencing 90-93F weather. However it rains in the evening. My friend has some success as his has fruits but drop while still green and under developed.

Been trying some fish meal every fortnightly. Any advice would be much appreciated.
