Hi everyone, I love Pomegranates, they are very exotic and delicious and i got some blossoms from a friend, I froze them yesterday so they dont wilt. I want to know if it is possible to start pomegranates from the flowers that fall from the tree. I have some pics here.
Pomegranates
No, you can't start pomegranate from a flower. You may start one from a seed, however you may be better off starting from a cutting.
You may want to look here, http://www.ndsu.edu/pubweb/chiwonlee/plsc368/student/papers03/abraun/abraun/htmlformat.htm and here

Good luck
