I have been growing dwarf tomatoes from seed for 3 years, each year I save seeds from my plant to use next year. The first year the seedlings had low germination and got damage from too much water or light. This year I notice light is no issue and germination is nearly 100% and they grow the best than any other variety of tomato I buy.
Could they have adapted to my environment producing hardier offspring equipt to cope with issues first gen faced?
Possible to create plant that adapts to environment?
I think its possible, no explanation why mine always grow better than any other seeds
