bugs on bouganvilla plant crawling with white flies

st Thomas, Virgin Islands (USA)

We have a white fly infestation and I have been spraying soapy water and hydrogen peroxide on the undersides of the leaves with no luck. I clipped off a few of the more covered leaves and saw these little bugs crawling over the white fly larva, I don't know if they are beneficial or another pest? They look a bit like assasin bugs- greyish brown. We don't want to use insecticides but really need help to get them under control. I'd really like to know what bugs harm and what bugs help.

Does not harm Honeybees or Lady bugs. Does not smell. Meant to use on veg. Works very well. Gene

Does it really not smell? The active in it is derived from neem oil which I don't like the smell of. Of course since it's an isolated/purified form maybe the smelly components got taken out. I'd use this if it really is less smelly.

Smell or lack of smell, safety, matters to me as well. I have about 1400 plants in my house. And, a 125 gal fish tank. Years past I gave up on some sprays due to the smell. Have been using Azamax for a while now. No smell that I can detect. Plus, I now have no bugs. I did have some spider mites, mealybugs, scale and lots of fungus gnats. No more. I was very skeptical but it does seem to work.
