A few weeks ago I planted some cherry tomato seeds and head lettuce seeds in Miracle Gro Seed & Cutting compost. I was using little pots. Last week I transplanted a couple of each into larger pots. I used the same compost for one tomato plant and one lettuce plant and for the other two, I used Miracle Gro All Purpose Enriched compost. The ones in the Enriched compost have already grown to twice the size of the other ones, which is great. I just hope that this enriched compost is ok to use for vegetables. It doesn't really say on the packet, but I just assumed that "All Purpose" meant just that! Does anyone else use this compost? Thanks so much.

If you look at the label, you will probably see a difference in fertility.
Both should be fine to grow vegetables in.

Just like CG said there is probably a difference in fertilizers levels, but there shouldn't be any reason you couldn't use it to grow veggies.
