I have 4 cherry trees, planted 6 years ago. I have 3 varieties for cross-pollination. For the past 2 years, I've had thousands of cherries on these trees but they haven't gotten bigger than peas and never change color. I have other fruit trees (nectarine, plum, peach and apple) that produce fruit with no problem so I have no idea what's going on with my cherry trees. Can anyone explain what is going on?

Are they the right varieties for your area? Some fruit trees are very particular that they get just the right amount of winter chill, and just the right temperatures through the Spring and early summer to set the fruit and ripen it.

Have you been fertilizing the trees?

Are you deep soaking them when they need irrigation?
