Here's a closer look at plants inside that you can barely see. One is long spikes with reddish edges. It's longer ones have died out but it looks like its growing new leaves.

If there's just one plant with thin leaves, it's Dracaena marginata, I think D. marginata 'tricolor' specifically. Is there a white stripe with red at the leaf edge?
