Hi friends I am having a few dried cowdung chips. Is anyone of you using cowdung as a fertilizer.

I am also having vermicompost with me and I am interested in growing plants only in organic way. grow all my plants in containers.

Also is Superphosphate an organic fertilizer?.

I live in Dairy country so yes I have used cow manure on land. It was always relatively fresh and usually plowed in after it was spread on the land. I don't know how much nitrogen it loses as it drys out in the rain and sun.

I would Say Superphosphate is not organic fertilizer.

If you're looking for organic sources of phosphorus, you can use bone meal or rock phosphate, both of those are acceptable for organic gardening.

Bone meal I would not even touch, but where can I get Rock phosphate from?. Is it available in fertilizer shops in general or should I go to some chemical store?

And even if Rock phosphate is available, can I use it as foliar feed?

In India I have no idea where you'd find rock phosphate--I'd start by looking wherever you'd normally buy fertilizer. I don't know about using it as a foliar feed, seems like it would be better off applied to the soil.

I know nothing of the reliability of this source,

Superphosphate is made by treating rock phosphate with various acids.
