I live in Cleveland, Ohio. Can I plant Korean Lilacs, Caryopteris and Tutti Fruitti Nectar Bush now or should I leave them in their pots until spring? I just bought them on clearance 2 days ago.

Might as well plant them in the ground unless you have a greenhouse or sunroom to keep the potted plants in
Unless you have temps that go very low over winter and the soil can freeze over, I would plant them now, either that or place them into a larger pot, NOT too large, water and sit in a sheltered spot for winter, maybe ever putting a bout 2 inch of leaf mould over the pot's to give protection till spring when you can remove the leaf mould to allow light and sunshine to get to warm up the plants.
