Black "eggs" on snapdragon

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

The only way I can describe what this looks like is caviar or maybe poppy seeds, it's only on the leaves and blooms of my snapdragon I have in a pot in my backyard, there are 2 more plants right next to it that don't seem to have it on there yet. I can scrape them off easily, and there are some on the stand it's on too, I guess they fell off.

Off the top of my head the bugs I see the most in my backyard are: moths, crickets, grasshoppers (they get into the plants at night), caterpillars, flies, earthworms, butterflies, and ants.

I scraped some off and took a picture of them on a white paper plate so you guys can hopefully identify it better. They were rolling around and seemed hard on the plate which reminded me of poppy seeds. Anyone know what it could be?
