I have a row of Renegade spinach in my raised bed that has gone to seed. I never harvested any of it because the leaves have always looked kind of dry and burnt - I don't think it liked the Neem oil mixture I sprayed a while back. Should I yank it out, like my husband says, or is there something else I can do with it?
Spinach question
They do not that bad, harvest it and use it for stir fry.

Belle, even the bigger leaves? Don't they get bitter after they go to seed or is that just certain lettuces?
Yes they are edible, do not waste it.You can even use it for quiche, casserole, omelletes etch etc
Please do not waste,
Steam it and make a sauce or dressing.
Some one will add to what to do with it.
