Jackie, your blue lav beauty just feels like soft cool chiffon to my senses.. a beautiful color and a great shot..
I planted some more seeds in containers to bring in this fall.

Thanks Helena. I'm not sure thats Candy Pink in the 1st pic. Seems a little bit

Thank You, I had to spray stuff tonight outside and inside. Mite city!

(Zone 7a)

Thanks all for the blooms with which to start my day

Debra - good idea about planting more MG seeds now for fall & winter - thanks to Alana I sowed I. adenioides a couple of days ago and now plan to go a little wild today, sowing some nils thanks to your inspiration

Patootie - I gotcha beat in the Sea of Pots, but will spare y'all a pic

Tony - thank you for sharing the progress of your MG experiment - it's been as beautiful as it's been interesting

Helenakh - good for you keeping those hummers happy with that little red MG in your tree canopy - where would we be without our visitors in between MG flowers?

Am joining Linda & Nick in expressing appreciation for the glorious MGs here. Had to stay out of the garden for a few months, so weeds are getting ahead, but thought you might like this visitor at Hosta 'Krossa Regal' whose bloom scapes are taller than me -

Nice shot of the big bumble bee, and the beautiful hosta bloom!

Nice hosta bloom Karen. Lucky for me to enjoy the hummers like this morning going to a hamelia patens, Wend's Wish salvia and lots of other plants.

I was pleased to see this no id mg bloom open.
