Is this a crinum lily (crinum amoenum)?
It is a Crinum--I don't know the genus well enough to say for sure if it's that particular species or not though.
Here is an image of C amoenum for comparison. It does seem to have the narrow leaves and red-tinged stamen common to C amoenum.
