This pepper plant was given to me by a friend who got it in Terlingua, Texas. I would love to know what kind it is and could definitely use help. :) The plant is currently about 3 ft high, doing well, the peppers are currently around 2 inches. The plant just started producing peppers so I have not yet tried one; but my friend claims they are hot. Here are some pictures ...
Kinda hard to tell peppers apart, jalapenos and habaneros dont look alike-could be serrano tho- anaheims do well here too, ummm try looking at reimerseeds.com at their peppers to see if you spot one looks familiar- and seedsofchange.com has some awesome pepper varieties to add to the confusion, chuckl
by the way- a lot of our peppers are coming in shorter this year than expected advertised
Is it hot or sweet? If it is sweet then it might be Italian marconi.
