I have a hicks yew in the garden that is turning brown on ones side. It gets plenty of water (drip water system). I'm not sure what or how to fix this is. Here are two pictures of what's going on:

No dog. No outside pets.
Ok. Is the irrigation system spritzing on those parts of those plants?
No. I have a root drip system.
